3. Manage stock efficiently.
4. Adhere to all relevant legislation, including Food Hygiene standards.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Chef/Cook.
2. Passion for using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
3. Availability from 12:00 to 21:00, Monday 21st October to Thursday 31st October.
4. Rate of up to £15.00 per hour + holiday pay.
