Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Orso Lounge. You’ll work with the Head Chef to deliver our all-day menu, keep standards high, and ensure every dish hits spec from prep to plate.

We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, a free meal on every shift, staff food from day one, and 50% discount on food and drinks. This flexible role suits experienced Chef, Chef de Partie or Line Chef across our 300+ sites.

Qualifications

• Real cooking passion and commitment to quality
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Energetic, fast-paced and positive under pressure
• Team player with good communication
• Experience as Grill/Chef de Partie/Line Chef in high-volume kitchens
• Willingness to learn and adapt to standards

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec across all-day menu
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and prepped
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times
• Collaborate with FOH to ensure a great guest experience
