Job summary

Loungers is hiring Chefs to join the Morello Lounge kitchen. You’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, and help run a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen across a growing brand.

We offer up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals from day one, and 50% off food and drinks. With 300+ sites, there are strong opportunities for career progression and development across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
