WatchHouse - Marylebone is seeking a passionate Brunch Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and deliver the WatchHouse brunch menu to high standards, follow recipes precisely, and support daily prep, cooking, and plating during busy service.

We value guest experience and teamwork; enjoy daytime hours, coffee and drinks perks, free lunch on shift, and ongoing training including SCA training. You'll work in beautifully designed spaces with supportive managers and clear food and bakery

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and specifications with precision.
• Strong focus on guest experience and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering the WatchHouse brunch menu to consistently high standards.
• Following recipes, specifications, and plating standards with precision.
• Supporting daily kitchen preparation including sauces, fillings, slicing, and ingredient prep.
• Cooking and assembling a variety of fresh brunch dishes during busy service periods.
• Assisting with bakery and food preparation where required.
• Completing cleaning schedules, including extraction cleaning and deep-clean tasks.
• Work with pride, consistency, and accountability.
• Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and best-practice kitchen procedures.
• A passion for producing products to a high quality standard following the clear food and bakery specs and recipes.

Brunch Chef | WatchHouse.

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Brunch Chef to join our kitchen team - someone who genuinely loves fresh, high-quality food, thrives in a fast-paced service environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional brunch dishes with consistency and care.

You will have previous professional kitchen experience, a strong understanding of quality and pace during service, and the ability to follow recipes and specifications with precision. Most importantly, you care deeply about the guest experience and enjoy working as part of a collaborative and energetic kitchen team.

Overview of the Role:
