WatchHouse is seeking a passionate Brunch Chef to join our kitchen team. You will deliver the WatchHouse brunch menu to a consistently high standard and thrive in a fast-paced service.

Ideal candidates have previous professional kitchen experience, a strong eye for quality and pace, and can follow recipes and specifications with precision. This role also emphasizes guest experience within a collaborative and energetic kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering the WatchHouse brunch menu to consistently high standards.
• Following recipes, specifications, and plating standards with precision and attention to detail
• Supporting daily kitchen preparation including sauces, fillings, slicing, and ingredient prep
• Cooking and assembling a variety of fresh brunch dishes during busy service periods
• Assisting with bakery and food preparation where required
• Completing cleaning schedules, including extraction cleaning and deep-clean tasks
• Work with pride, consistency, and accountability
• Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and best-practice kitchen procedures
• A passion for producing products to a high quality standard following the clear food and bakery specs and recipes.
