WatchHouse is seeking a passionate Brunch Chef to join our London kitchen team, delivering high-quality brunch dishes with precision and care during fast-paced services. You will thrive in a collaborative and energetic environment, upholding our standards of consistency and guest experience.

Daytime hours are offered with a supportive management team, access to training, complimentary coffee and meals, and a strong focus on career progression within WatchHouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver the WatchHouse brunch menu to high standards.
• Follow recipes, specifications, and plating standards with precision.
• Support daily kitchen prep including sauces, fillings, slicing, and ingredient prep.
• Cook and assemble a variety of brunch dishes during busy service periods.
• Assist with bakery and food preparation where required.
• Complete cleaning schedules, including extraction cleaning and deep-clean tasks.
• Work with pride, consistency, and accountability.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and best-practice kitchen procedures.

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Brunch Chef to join our kitchen team - someone who genuinely loves fresh, high-quality food, thrives in a fast-paced service environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional brunch dishes with consistency and care.

You will have previous professional kitchen experience, a strong understanding of quality and pace during service, and the ability to follow recipes and specifications with precision. Most importantly, you care deeply about the guest experience and enjoy working as part of a collaborative and energetic kitchen team.

Overview of the Role:

• Preparing and delivering the WatchHouse brunch menu to consistently high standards.
• Following recipes, specifications, and plating standards with precision and attention to detail
• Supporting daily kitchen preparation including sauces, fillings, slicing, and ingredient prep
• Cooking and assembling a variety of fresh brunch dishes during busy service periods
