Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Cardiff is seeking a Chef to join a busy kitchen. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes, maintain HACCP standards, and contribute to a lively hospitality experience for guests and locals alike.

The role offers flexible shifts, weekend availability, and perks such as free meals on shift and staff discounts. Training is structured, with progression from Chef 1 to Chef 3 as you grow in skill and confidence.

• Be an active participant in the local scene, connecting with guests and building relationships.
• Support stock control by sticking to portion guidelines and reducing waste, completing paperwork like temperature checks and cleaning records on time.

• Support stock control by sticking to portion guidelines and helping reduce waste. You'll also make sure all kitchen paperwork - like temperature checks and cleaning records - is completed accurately and on time, so every dish is served with pride and confidence
