Job summary

Greene King is seeking friendly Bar & Waiting Staff to create memorable experiences for customers. You’ll pour pints, recommend drinks and support the team to deliver great service in a welcoming bar environment.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Pour and serve drinks to customers with care and consistency.
• Offer recommendations and information on our drinks and menus.
• Assist with greeting guests and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Maintain a clean, compliant bar area and comply with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.
