Sodexo Group is hiring a Chef at St Davids Barracks, OX26 6HF, Bicester. You will prepare, cook and serve meals in a high-paced MOD kitchen, upholding strict food-safety standards and working with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires professional chef experience and recognised culinary qualifications, plus knowledge of safety regulations. You will support high-profile events and bulk cooking, contributing to a high-standard catering operation.

Qualifications

• Proven professional chef experience in catering or hospitality.
• Recognised culinary qualifications (City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2/3).
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Able to work in a high-pressure, team-focused environment.
• Passion for cooking and delivering top-quality service.
• Experience in military or government catering.
• IOSH qualification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
