Job summary

Sodexo Group at RAF Odiham invites a professional Chef to join a fast‑paced MOD catering team, preparing meals for service personnel and events.

You’ll ensure food safety to the highest standards, lead kitchen tasks, and collaborate with front‑of‑house teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality service in a military environment.

City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2/3 and IOSH qualification are preferred; MS Office skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Professional chef experience in a catering or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Experience working in military or government catering is desirable.
• Recognised culinary qualifications (City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2/3) and OSH awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
