Job summary

Chopstix Group is seeking kitchen staff to join its fast-paced open-kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and serve dishes to Chopstix specifications while maintaining food safety and high standards.

Full training is provided to help you master wok skills and contribute to a seamless customer experience. We offer late-night shifts on select nights with flexibility, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for growth across international HQs.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced kitchen environment experience is a plus.
• Positive, reliable team player who enjoys learning new skills.
• Willingness to train and develop wok skills through provided programmes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve food to Chopstix recipes and specifications.
• Deliver food with consistency, quality and speed.
• Work across all kitchen stations including preparation, cooking and service.
• Keep products fresh, well-presented and ready for customers.
• Monitor stock levels and support deliveries, rotation and waste control.

You'll become a Chopstix Food Expert, mastering our recipes and cooking techniques whilst maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards. We're looking for positive, reliable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy learning new skills, and take pride in delivering freshly cooked food and a great experience for every customer. Full training is provided to help you become a Chopstix Wok Star Chef.,

• Up for late nights? We may trade until 4am on select nights - flexibility is key!
• Prepare, cook, and serve food to Chopstix recipes and specifications
• Deliver great-tasting food with consistency, quality, and speed
• Work across all kitchen stations, including food preparation, cooking, and service
• Ensure products are always fresh, presented correctly, and ready for our Flavour Cravers
• Monitor stock levels and support deliveries, stock rotation, and waste control
• Follow all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment throughout your shift
• Support the team during busy trading periods to keep service flowing smoothly
• Learn and develop your wok skills through our training programmes
• Work closely with front-of-house colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Take pride in the quality of every dish leaving the kitchen
• Support opening, closing, and daily operational routines as required
