Job summary

Colonial Group in Balivanich, Scotland, is seeking a Chef to join our front-line team. You will ensure high-quality food, and keep the kitchen and service area clean, well-presented and stocked. You will stay up to date with menus and offers and provide warm, friendly service.

The role is 30 hours per week across 5 days with rotating weekends off. The site closes during the festive period and those days are covered using annual leave.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Chef you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

• Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
• Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer
• Offer a warm and friendly service
• Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed

Working Pattern:

• 30 hours per week
• 5 out of 7 days
• 6 hour shifts
• Rotating weekends off
• Our site closes completely over the festive period and these days are covered using annual holiday allowance (5 days)
