Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Chef to bring passion to the plate at Keogh Barracks, Guildford. You will prepare and serve meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner, while maintaining high standards and minimizing waste. Join a vibrant culinary team with opportunities for progression and training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner with attention to quality and waste reduction.
• Deliver silver service-level dining for functions and hospitality events.
• Collaborate with chefs and mentor junior team members.
• Assist with deliveries, stock checks, orders and kitchen records.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete daily due diligence paperwork.
• Participate in regular deep cleans to uphold high standards.

• Deliver silver service-level dining for special functions and hospitality events.
• Collaborate with fellow chefs and mentor new team members – sharing your skills and raising the bar.
• Support with deliveries, stock checks, food orders, and kitchen records.
• Keep everything spotless – from fridges to hot cabinets – and complete daily due diligence paperwork.
• Take part in regular deep cleans to maintain our high standards.

What we’re looking for:
