Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Relief Chef to work across sites in the South and Midlands. You will collaborate with a team of chefs and supervise enhanced inmates to prepare meals for all meals, while following recipes and maintaining records.

The role requires 5 years UK residency, legal right to work, DBS vetting, and own transport with insurance. It is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours per week and shift times between 07:00 and 17:00.

Qualifications

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Previous cheffing experience.
• Flexibility and have your own reliable transportation with business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Mentor and supervise enhanced inmates with food preparation and cooking meals.
• Follow recipes and maintain accurate kitchen records.
