Drnewitt is recruiting for a hands-on role in a growing, family-run dairy business based in East Lothian. No prior cheesemaking experience is required as full training is provided. The role involves operating pasteurising and packing equipment, making soft cheeses, and ensuring quality and food safety.

We offer day shifts, a supportive team, on-site parking, and opportunities to learn a skilled trade with progression.

Qualificações

• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic English literacy.
• Own transport to rural location.
• Experience in food production is helpful but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Operate pasteurising, production and packing equipment.
• Produce a range of soft cheeses and cultured dairy products.
• Follow recipes and processes to ensure products meet specification.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Complete production records and paperwork.
• Pack finished products.
• Collaborate with the production team to keep operations running smoothly.
