Job summary

Skilled Careers in Hertfordshire is seeking an Associate Director to join its leadership team. You will lead structural projects from concept to completion, act as the senior technical lead, manage key client relationships and help shape the future direction of the business.

The role requires Chartered status (MIStructE or MICE) and a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, with extensive experience across residential, commercial, healthcare, industrial, refurbishment and new-build sectors, plus

Qualifications

Chartered structural engineer with MIStructE or MICE accreditation.
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience delivering structural design projects across varied sectors.
Excellent communication and ability to manage key client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion.
Act as senior technical lead on complex/high-value schemes, providing guidance and quality assurance.
Manage client relationships and act as trusted contact for key accounts.
Oversee project programmes, budgets and fee management to ensure delivery.
Mentor and develop Engineers and Technicians for professional growth.
Collaborate with senior management on recruitment and strategic growth.
