  • Attend client meetings, site visits, surveys and structural inspections.
  • Provide technical advice and solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant British Standards, Eurocodes and Building Regulations.
  • Manage project programmes, resources and technical deliverables.
  • Assist with fee proposals, tenders and business development opportunities.
  • Mentor and support graduate and junior engineers.
  • Contribute to the continued development and growth of the structural engineering team.

  • The ability to manage projects and take ownership of technical delivery.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of project budgets and fee management.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.

Experience with structural analysis and design software, AutoCAD and/or Revit would be advantageous.
