Job summary

Niche Central (South) London consultancy is seeking a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer/Principal to join the expanding practice and win top-quality commissions across London and the South East.

Candidates must be Chartered (or near) with IStructE and/or ICE, with strong design and project-running experience in both new-build and refurbishment projects in the UK, including high-rise schemes and complex refurbishments up to £150m.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer with strong design and project-running experience.
• Experience in both new-build and refurbishment sectors in the UK.
• Ability to manage high-profile projects and lead design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project management on high-rise and refurbishment schemes.
• Develop and oversee technical solutions for complex commissions.
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
