Job summary

Mainstream North West Kent Consultancy is seeking a Chartered (or near) Senior Structural Engineer to join the expanding head office in the South East. You will work on a mix of high-rise and low-rise developments across London and the South East, mentoring junior staff and leading project design and delivery on schemes up to £150 million.

The role offers a top base salary and extended benefits with a hybrid WFH policy.

Qualifications

• Chartered or near Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE.
• Strong design and project-running experience on new-build developments.
• Ability to mentor and manage individuals on large projects.
• Experience across London and the South East sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery on a mix of high-rise and low-rise developments.
• Manage projects up to £150m in value and oversee junior engineers.
• Provide technical leadership and independent working on smaller schemes.
