Job summary

Niche Central, a London-South East consultancy, seeks a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer/Principal to join and drive top-quality commissions. You will be expected to lead design and manage projects with strong UK experience in both new-build and refurbishment sectors.

The workload includes high-rise new-build and refurbishments with project values up to £150 million, offering a top base salary and extended benefits and a flexible working day with WFH options.

Qualifications

• Chartered (or near) member of IStructE and/or ICE.
• Good design and project-running experience in both new-build and refurbishment sectors in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project management of high-rise and complex refurbishment projects in London and the South East.
• Deliver commissions up to £150m, on Architect- and Developer-led schemes.
