Qualifications

• Experience in cost control, budgeting and financial planning for construction projects.
• Knowledge of multiple contracts and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
• Monitor project expenditure and ensure costs are controlled effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify alignment with budgets.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate costs and ensure deliverables meet quality, cost and deadlines.
• Prepare, manage and maintain comprehensive commercial records for each project.
• Identify potential cost overruns early and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in preparation of tender documents and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal regulations related to financial matters.
