What we're looking for:

We are seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with experience and/or interest in Dispute Resolution to join our expanding team in Covent Garden. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support Expert Witnesses in quantum and technical matters. We support professional memberships and training to help you develop into a Lead Expert as you grow within the company.

The role will involve:

• Constructively challenging the Client’s views or expectations and providing meaningful alternatives.
• Maintaining high levels of drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to meet key milestones and deadlines.
• Delivering high-quality services and products following Adair policies and procedures.
• Managing time effectively through planning and organization.
• Continuously improving and developing best-in-class Adair products.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring performance against fee income and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Assessing the cost and business benefits of projects.
• Supporting Directors in achieving financial targets.

Team and Client Relations:

• Providing expert knowledge on quantum matters and supporting junior team members.
• Investing in the success and development of the team.
• Adhering to management practices and promoting a unified 'one firm' culture.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships and supporting tender processes.
• Representing Adair positively and assisting in marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• An RICS-accredited Degree.
• Willingness to pursue MSc in Construction and Dispute Resolution.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
