Overview:

An excellent opportunity for a Chartered or nearly Chartered Building Surveyor to join a national consultancy in Manchester that’s rapidly expanding and setting the standard in the built environment sector. The business has grown significantly in the past 3.5 years—doubling its headcount and increasing its turnover from £25m to £35m—thanks to a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and a people-first approach.

Working with some of the UK’s most respected commercial clients, you’ll deliver professional and project work across a variety of asset classes, with the flexibility to carve out a specialism as your career develops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Administration and project leadership
• Technical Due Diligence for acquisitions and disposals
• Dilapidations advice for both landlords and tenants
• Building Pathology and condition reporting
• End-to-end surveying across commercial portfolios

What We’re Looking For:

• MRICS or actively working towards chartership (APC candidates encouraged to apply)
• Solid foundation in commercial building surveying
• Confident communicator with client-facing ability
• Strong technical knowledge and consultancy experience
• Motivated team contributor with ambition to grow
• Full driving licence and car access
