You’ll gain hands-on experience from the outset, working alongside senior surveyors across the full breadth of building surveying — in a team known for rapid progression and a strong track record of APC success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting senior surveyors on professional and project-based instructions
• Assisting with building surveys, technical due diligence, and condition reports
• Contributing to dilapidations, party wall matters, and contract administration
• Working across a range of commercial projects, typically £10k–£50m in value
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors as you develop your expertise and confidence
