The role will primarily focus on stages 4 and 5 of the design and construction process, with a strong emphasis on technical design, documentation, and site visits. Although the office is located in Suffolk, the position is remote, with the candidate working from home and attending regular site visits across London.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
  • Proven experience working on high-rise residential projects.
  • Expertise in stages 4 and 5 of the design and construction process.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Based in or willing to travel regularly across London for site visits.

Benefits and Application:

The company offers a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, and the chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
