Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), completed Pathway to Chartership.
Experience in hard & soft landscape design with solid plant and construction knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.

Responsibilities

Delivering various projects from small to medium size in different sectors.
Leading design, detailing, and specification of projects from inception to completion.
Communicating with clients and project team members at all times.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include

Delivering a variety of projects, from small to medium size, in different sectors, through all stages of a project.
Leading the design, detailing, specification, and coordination of projects from inception to completion.
Communicating with the client and all members of the project team at all times.
Organising necessary meetings and project reviews with input from Senior Landscape Architect.

About You

Our ideal Chartered Landscape Architect will have:

Degree and master's qualification in Landscape Architecture.
Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), having successfully completed the Pathway to Chartership (P2C) programme.
Experience in hard and soft landscape design, supported by good plant and construction knowledge and working knowledge of the British planning system.
Knowledge of forms of appointment and construction contracts.
Site experience.
Ability to use various computer software programmes relevant to role (AutoCad, Vectorworks, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup) and ability to produce accurate technical detailing.
Inquisitive nature, with a passion for design.
Ability to express your design ideas through hand drawings or rough sketching.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
Team player, with the ability to work independently with at times, limited supervision.
