Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality of presentation and graphic work on projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in studio.

Role - Chartered Landscape Architect
Location - Gloucestershire
Salary £35 - £40K DOE

Experienced Landscape Architect with a minimum of two years’ post-Chartership experience required for a studio in Gloucestershire. We are working with a multidisciplinary studio who are looking for a Chartered Landscape Architect on a flexible/hybrid working basis. Projects include Parks & Public Realm, Recreation & Tourism, Strategic Planning, Gardens & Estates, Care, Hospitality, Minerals & Waste and Urban Regeneration.

CHARTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture
  • A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
  • 2 years post CMLI experience
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp and graphic skills to enable a high quality of presentation
  • Good understanding of the planning process
  • Excellent graphic skills
  • Excellent hand drawing skills
  • A full UK driving licence
ADVANTAGEOUS
  • Experience in LVIA
  • Experience of BIM Level 2 and Revit and/or Vectorworks
  • Experience in delegation / line management
  • Experience in business development
  • GIS, Artisan, Keyscape
