Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Financial Planning firm in Kingston Upon Thames who has a requirement for someone to take over an existing client bank of approximately £85m from an adviser who will be retiring in the next 12 to 18 months.

• Your primary responsibilities will include conducting financial reviews and identifying suitable opportunities for new business.
• You will work in accordance with the firm, with full support from the paraplanning team.
• You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an advisory role.
• Technical competence in advising on pensions, investments, and insurances in both pre and post-retirement stages.
• You should demonstrate confidence, passion, the ability to build rapport, authority, personality, handle objections, and show empathy to put clients at ease.
• Must hold Competent Adviser Status in your current role.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a self-starter, capable of managing leads and reporting to senior management.
