For Financial Advisers, they do not require individuals with a pre-existing client base but prefer candidates who are Chartered or close to it, with experience in complex and high net worth work.

The role involves aligning closely with the company's ethics and approach to holistic financial planning across pensions and investments, maintaining and developing long-lasting client relationships. Business development and client book growth are natural outcomes for professionals with a professional manner, especially as the company's brand reputation and enquiries increase, providing ample work opportunities.
