North Kent based IFA firm - medium sized

Salary negotiable c.£100k plus benefits and equity

My client is an independent wealth planning firm based in North Kent, offering whole-of-market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners across Sussex, Kent, and London. They manage client assets ranging from £150k to over £5m, providing advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections, and schemes like VCT & EIS. They have longstanding relations with solicitor practices that refer business to them.

The Managing Director is creating a new role for a Chartered Financial Planner to manage existing clients and generate new business through networking and conferences. The candidate should have a background in independent wealth planning, preferably Chartered or working towards Chartered status, with a proven track record of business development. Dedicated admin and paraplanning support are provided.
