Qualifications

• Chartered Building Surveyor with project management experience.
• Experience in contract administration and Employer's Agent work.
• Track record delivering Level 3 Building Surveys and related services.
• Experience with Dilapidations, Party Wall matters and Defect investigations.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and keen for development within a growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and provide professional services to clients.
• Carry out Level 3 Building Surveys, dilapidations and defects investigations.
• Manage contracts, admin tasks and client liaison.
• Support Party Wall matters and other professional services as required.
