Job summary

We are partnered with a chartered surveyor client in Uckfield, East Sussex, seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a busy team. The role is full-time with office work approx 2 days per week and site work ~3 days per week across Sussex/Kent and into London.

Salary £45,000–£50,000 per annum depending on experience, with 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays, a strong pension, and employer-funded training. A full UK driving licence is essential and mileage is expensed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management with Contract Administration and Employer's Agent roles.
• Proven track record delivering Level 3 Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall etc Act and Defect Diagnostic Investigations.
• Ability to deliver professional services to private and public sector clients.
• Ambition for personal development within a growing practice.
