The successful candidate will need MRICS/FRICS qualifications and experience with Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, working on both residential and commercial projects. A competitive salary package is offered, with OTE between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
• Strong track record in Building Surveying.
• Dilapidations and Project work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Building Surveys (Level 2 and preferably Level 3).
• Managing residential and commercial work.
• Handling dilapidations and Expert Witness Reports.
• Addressing Party Wall Matters.
