The ideal candidate will have project management experience and an MRICS qualification or be close to achieving it. The position offers a salary up to £65,000 and a hybrid working model.

Qualificações

• Chartered or nearly Chartered status.
• Experience in project management and professional services.
• Strong understanding of regulations including CDM and Building Regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and advise on construction, maintenance, and refurbishment of buildings.
• Prepare reports and schedules of works.
