Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Building Surveyor for a hybrid role covering Maidstone and surrounding Kent areas. The successful candidate will carry out a range of building surveys on commercial and residential properties, both on-site and from the office, with a degree of diary management and client liaison.

We are looking for Chartered status or someone working towards chartership, and a full UK driving licence is essential.

• Carrying out building surveys across the South East (Kent and London) and liaising with clients.
• On-site, home and office based surveying duties for commercial and residential properties.
• Manage your own diary with hybrid working and report generation for survey findings.
