Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Building Surveyor for a hybrid role covering Maidstone and surrounding Kent areas. The successful candidate will carry out a range of building surveys on commercial and residential properties, both on-site and from the office, with a degree of diary management and client liaison.

We are looking for Chartered status or someone working towards chartership, and a full UK driving licence is essential.

Do you have a background in Building Surveying and are either Chartered or working towards your chartership? On offer is the opportunity to join an expanding consultancy as they grow the team to support new contracts and clients across the South East, carrying out a variety of building surveys.

This autonomous role involves you taking charge of your own diary in a mixture of both site and office based work, you will be conducting Building surveys around the South - East area, meet with the rest of the team and client base to discuss ongoing projects and liaise with the admin team to create reports.
