Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor or Chartered Residential Surveyor looking for the freedom to work autonomously while being part of a fast-growing nationwide network? Operating across England, Scotland, and Wales, our consultants support a diverse client base, including landlords, developers, insurers, financial institutions, and legal professionals. As part of our dynamic team of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Building Engineers, and Environmental Health Practitioners, you'll have the freedom to shape your career while contributing to a wide range of technical and consultancy projects across the public and private sectors.

We anticipate you will be involved in the following instructions:

  • Expert witness
  • Specific defect inspections
  • Structural assessments
  • New build monitoring
  • Dilapidation services
  • Schedules of condition
  • License to alter
  • Party wall matters

We offer a personal and dedicated service coupled with an open and honest approach. All our experts are specialists in their field and have substantial experience in their geographical locations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
  • MRICS/FRICS
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Experience
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent and accurate report writing skills
  • Good technical writing and communication skills (both internal and external)
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Ability to foster relationships with professionals of all levels
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage their time
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
