Job summary

FindCore is assisting a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy in recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor based in Manchester with hybrid working arrangements.

The role involves delivering a wide range of professional and project-based building surveying services, including PPM and condition surveys, reports, and reinstatement cost assessments, while managing refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects and acting as Contract Administrator under JCT/SBCC.

Qualifications

• Broad experience delivering professional building surveying services.
• Strong knowledge of construction technology, building pathology and PPM programmes.
• Experience managing refurbishment projects and administering JCT or SBCC contracts.
• Strong technical reporting, organisation and client-management skills.
• Good understanding of CDM Regulations and relevant health and safety legislation.
• Competence using Microsoft Office and CAD software.
• Proactive, commercially aware and able to manage multiple instructions.
• Full UK driving licence.

About the Role
