Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Building Surveyor in Manchester. The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £50,000 - £70,000 DOE, and progression toward Associate Director with ongoing training and chartership support.

You will conduct PPM surveys, condition surveys and defect diagnosis, while coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams across a growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Experience across building pathology, defect diagnosis and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Chartered or working towards chartership.
• Commutable distance to office in Manchester and willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys, lifecycle planning and asset management reporting.
• Carrying out building condition surveys and technical due diligence.
• Undertake building pathology investigations and defect diagnosis.
• Liaising with client and other professionals across multidisciplinary projects.
