Job summary

HD Surveyors Ltd is seeking a permanent, full-time Building Surveyor to manage commercial refurbishment projects with independent delivery responsibility and senior review on larger commissions.

You will lead project management commissions through procurement, delivery and completion, and prepare technical due diligence reports for commercial property clients, advising landlords and tenants on dilapidations matters.

Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Experience in commercial surveying consultancy
• Contract administration and project management experience
• Technical due diligence and dilapidations experience
• Experience delivering commercial surveying instructions independently

• Contractual 15% over-target bonus (demonstrated annual bonus payments of £15,000-£35,000.)
