Calibre Search is partnering with a respected property consultancy in South East London to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to the team. The role covers building and condition surveys, residential surveying, refurbishment and project management from inception to completion.

You will hold MRICS in Building Surveying, with experience in residential surveying and the ability to independently manage instructions, deliver projects, and produce technical reports for clients.

Formación

• MRICS qualification in Building Surveying is required.
• Experience in a property or surveying consultancy.
• Experience working within the residential sector.
• Ability to independently manage instructions and deliver projects.
• Strong technical report writing and client facing skills.
• Good commercial awareness and ability to manage workload.
• Fire safety experience is desirable.

We are working with a highly respected property consultancy in South East London, looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to the team.

The Role

• Building and condition surveys
• Residential building surveying
• Refurbishment and improvement projects
• Planned maintenance and repair programmes
• Defect diagnosis and technical advice
• Project management from inception through to completion
• Preparation of specifications, schedules and tender documentation
• Fire safety related surveying and projects

About You

We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor with strong technical and consultancy experience.

You'll ideally have:

• MRICS qualification in Building Surveying
• Previous experience within a property or surveying consultancy
• Experience working within the residential sector
• The ability to independently manage instructions and deliver projects
• Strong technical report writing and client facing skills
• Good commercial awareness and the ability to manage your own workload
• Fire safety experience would be highly desirable
