If you're a Chartered Building Surveyor who enjoys getting stuck into technically interesting work, working directly with clients and having plenty of variety in your workload, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.
We're working with an established independent construction consultancy with 50+ years of experience and a growing Building Surveying team. With an increasing pipeline of work, they're looking for an MRICS Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team, with flexibility to work between London and Nottingham.
The workload is genuinely varied, covering everything from defect investigations and condition surveys through to refurbishment projects, contract administration and planned maintenance programmes.
You won't be pigeonholed into one area of Building Surveying.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of residential, healthcare, education, public sector and commercial properties, with project values typically ranging from £25,000 to £250,000+.
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your instructions, build long‑term client relationships and get involved throughout the project lifecycle - from the initial inspection and diagnosis right through to procurement and delivery.
