Are you an MRICS Chartered Surveyor?

Looking for a senior-leadership position in a specialist consultancy, driving sustainable transformation in the built environment?

PT Renewables is partnered with a boutique Sustainability Consultancy seeking an Associate Director-level Chartered Project Management Surveyor or Building Surveyor to lead a variety of innovative and meaningful projects.

You will shape the business direction while being involved in hands-on delivery of multi-story residential schemes and commercial refurbishments.

The role

• Lead end-to-end project management across schemes including commercial, residential, heritage, and passivehaus developments.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
• Provide strategic leadership throughout project lifecycles, from feasibility to handover.
• Contribute to business development and client engagement to grow the project pipeline.
• Support and mentor junior surveyors, fostering a collaborative environment.

About you

• MRICS qualified with at least two years post-chartership experience.
• RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc) in Building Surveying, Construction Project Management, or related field.
• Experience managing commercial and/or residential construction projects.
• Knowledge of retrofitting, low-carbon design, and MEES requirements is a plus.
• Salary up to £75,000
• Hybrid working in London
