Job summary

Millbank Holdings seeks a Chartered Civil Engineer with proven bridge construction experience on highway schemes to support site supervision and contract management on a major project in Scotland. You will monitor contractor quality systems, assess claims, and advise on contractual matters as an assistant to the Employer's Representative.

Applicants should have NEC4 exposure and knowledge of steel construction and cable-supported structures.

Qualifications

• Must be a Chartered Civil Engineer with site experience on bridge construction on highway schemes.
• Extensive knowledge of monitoring contractor quality systems and assessing claims.
• Experience as an assistant to the Employer's Representative on various contract forms (measure and value, design and build).
• Knowledge of supervision of steel construction and cable-supported structures is beneficial.
• NEC4 Supervisor qualification is advantageous.
