Job summary

Harrington Starr is seeking a Technical Consultant to drive hands-on implementation of Charles River and/or BlackRock Aladdin for asset management clients. You will translate investment operations needs into concrete configurations and work with stakeholders to move projects from requirements through go-live.

In this client-facing role, you’ll gather requirements, design solutions, support testing and data migration, and contribute to operational readiness as part of a flexible consulting team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience with Charles River and/or BlackRock Aladdin.
• Background in asset management or investment management.
• Strong technical mindset with practical system configuration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation and configuration of investment platforms for asset managers.
• Gather requirements, design solutions and manage delivery through go-live with clients.
• Translate operations needs into practical system configuration.
• Contribute to testing, data migration and operational readiness.
• Work within a flexible consulting team deployed to project needs.
