Job summary

Barnardo's is seeking a Charity Stock Coordinator to manage donation collections and distribution across the region. The role combines driving, logistics, customer service and stock handling, with regular coordination with stores.

You will be on the road most days, organized and proactive, communicating with donors and Barnardo's teams, while upholding professional standards and delivering excellent service across the UK.

Qualifications

• Well organized and dependable with strong time management.
• Proactive and able to communicate confidently with donors, colleagues and store teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect donated goods from business donors and deliver to Barnardo's stores region-wide.
• Plan efficient collection and delivery routes.
• Load, unload and safely handle stock.
• Use Salesforce CRM and other technology to manage schedules and records.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with transport policies.
• Build positive relationships with donors, store teams and the Gifts in Kind team.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Attend external meetings and trainings as required.
