Job summary

Blue Cross in Birmingham is seeking a Zero Hours Cover Supervisor for our busy charity shop. You will support volunteers, greet customers, and help run the shop smoothly while promoting our mission to help pets and people.

You’ll drive Gift Aid, process donations, price items, and keep displays tidy. Prior retail supervision experience is helpful, and flexibility is essential as shifts vary with shop needs.

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate our wonderful volunteers
• Help customers feel right at home (dogs too!)
• Keep the shop floor looking its best
• Make sure donations are processed, priced, and ready to sell
• Bring energy, organisation and a sense of humour to the shift
