ExtraCare Charitable Trust in Shrewsbury is seeking a Shop Manager for our Radbrook Green charity shop. You will take full ownership of the store, drive fundraising, deliver strong sales, and lead a small team of volunteers and a part-time Deputy Manager.

The role offers 35 hours per week, a salary of £23,851 per year, and benefits including a contributory pension, life assurance, employee assistance, and 30 days leave.
