Job summary

Cancer Research UK is seeking a proactive Retail Stock Processor for the Hartlepool Superstore. This part-time role (30 hours per week) offers £12.71 per hour plus benefits, reporting to the Superstore Manager in the Trading department.

Based at the New Hartlepool Superstore, the role involves processing donated stock, pricing, tagging and delivering excellent customer service. You will support sales targets, help train volunteers, and ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards are

Responsibilities

Process and care for new and donated stock, including rotation, pricing, steaming and tagging.
Assist store team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
Train colleagues and volunteers in stock processing.
Ensure safeguarding, compliance, security and health and safety standards.
Use customer service skills to ensure customers feel welcome and valued.
Handle a moderate amount of manual handling and physical activity daily.
