Chadwick Nott is partnering with a Top 100 UK law firm in Exeter to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate in Property Litigation. You will advise charities and not-for-profit organisations on disputes to protect assets and support strategic goals.

Working within a respected Charities team, you will handle varied property disputes, collaborate across the firm, and contribute to business development while enjoying flexible working options and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with Property Litigation experience at Associate or Senior Associate level.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a specialist team.
• Experience advising charities/not-for-profit organisations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes.
• Advise on adverse possession, trespass, possession proceedings and third-party rights.
• Collaborate with Charities, Property and Private Wealth teams.
• Build trusted relationships with charities, trustees and not-for-profit organisations.
• Support business development and growth of the practice.
